Orders

Where is my order?
Every order shipped is followed by an email including a tracking number. Track your order here. Read more on our shipping info here.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or changed. Please contact us with the order info as soon as possible to see if we can make any changes!

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
Yes! If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with the order # and correct shipping address so that we can make the adjustment before shipping out the order! We cannot redirect packages once they've been shipped, so please double check addresses when ordering.

Can I use more than one coupon code on the same order?
Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can find them here. Please read the product description for more details.

 

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that USPS has suspended shipping to these destinations due to Covid-19.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders $50+ qualify for free USPS first class shipping. Shipping can be calculated in your cart or during checkout. Shipping cost varies based on destination.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Please read our return policy here.

What should I do if my package is lost/stolen/damaged?
We are not responsible for any packages lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier once shipped out. Read more on what to do when this happens here.

What should I do if I received a wrong or defective item?
If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us with your order # and a photo of what you received attached and we'll sort it out! Please note that the products must be unworn, untouched, and in their original packaging in the case that they must be returned.

What should I do if my order is missing an item?
We hand pack each order ourselves and although we try to be as thorough as possible, there's always a small chance of human error. In the rare case that your order is missing an item, please let us know and we'll take care of it.

I have sensitive skin. What jewelry can I wear?
Stainless steel and sterling silver are both hypoallergenic metals and perfect for sensitive skin.

Can I request a custom order?
Yes! If you'd like one of our products customized to a specific length, style, etc., please contact us through this form or Instagram (@angelinanataliela) with the specifics and we'd be happy to work something out!
