Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders (we do not ship on weekends or US holidays). Delays may occur during holidays and promotional sales. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed and another with tracking information once the order is shipped.

*Due to Covid-19, shipping carrier delays may occur. We recommend upgrading shipping on rush orders to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express to ensure they arrive on time.

 

Shipping

All items are shipped from Los Angeles, California through USPS.

Domestic (within the United States)
First Class (3-7 business days) is free on orders $50+
Priority Mail (2-3 business days) includes up to $100 insurance
Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) includes up to $100 insurance

First Class (7-21 business days)
Priority (6-10 business days) includes up to $200 insurance
Priority Express (3-6 business days) includes up to $200 insurance

*Customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay.
Due to Covid-19, USPS has suspended shipping to these countries.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for any packages delayed, lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier once shipped out. If an order has been marked delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
*Please choose an upgraded shipping method at checkout if you have concerns about theft or loss as first class shipping does not provide insurance. 

You may file a claim with USPS if your order was insured by Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Insurance coverages can be found above.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final due to sanitary reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges, although we may make exceptions if incorrect or defective items were sent. Send an email to contact@angelinanatalie.com with your order #, inquiry and an attached photo of the items soon after delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be considered for a return. Custom orders cannot be returned and are final sale. 

Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier or for jewelry that has displayed wear after being worn.
